Upper Molar Implant Crown

This patient had a premolar which was not restorable. Due to being a prominent tooth in the patients’ smile both gum and tooth aesthetics were crucial. A soft tissue and bone graft at the time of implant placement were undertaken to ensure the tooth appeared to naturally emerge from the gum. Such cases require careful attention to detail at the planning stage in order to replace not just the tooth but as much soft tissue as possible to achieve the best results.
