Yasmin and the team have been fantastic throughout the whole process; from my initial consultation to the day 18 months later when my braces finally came off! Although not especially wary of dentists, I was anxious about the possible pain and uncomfortableness of the treatment I would be having, but Yasmin and all the team were incredibly supportive and understanding at every stage. Yasmin explained everything we would be doing at every step, and was more than happy to answer any questions or concerns I had, which was excellent. I've now finished my treatment and the results have been incredible! Yasmin and her team have excelled all our expectations at every stage of the treatment that our son received. It was obvious that our son would require braces in order to correct overcrowding in his mouth, but the various options being proposed to us by other orthodontists seemed rather drastic. An initial consultation with Yasmin resulted in a course of action being outlined in writing and a timescale for the course of treatment. We have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism at all times and the care and attention paid at each stage of the treatment, Yasmin has always taken the time to see us if one of the brackets has come off and phone calls have always been returned promptly. We would recommend Yasmin very highly and thank her and her team for all the care and attention they have given to our son.

Laurence always gave us star treatment and we wondered what would happen when he retired. We need not have worried as he made sure that the couple he was handing his business on to were as expert and caring as himself.

It is always a pleasant trip to my dentist (sometimes dreaded by some people). I am always met by a very friendly receptionist. Then a pleasant reception from the dental nurse who escorts you to the surgery whilst chatting to you on the way. The dentist quickly puts you at ease. She explains what she is about to do which she does expertly. I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone. Thanks
